Cancellation Policy

  • If you have registered for any paid services (like stalls, prasad sponsorships, banner displays, etc.) and wish to cancel, please notify us at least 30 days before the event start date in writing.
  • No cancellations will be accepted once the event arrangements have commenced or materials have been procured.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule specific elements of the event (due to weather, emergency, or religious reasons). In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but reasonable substitutions may be provided.
